Question

对规模为500m3/d的某牛屠宰厂废水进行工艺设计。根据污水原始资料及《室外排水设计规范》 （GB50014-2006)，最终确定采用“水解酸化+生物接触氧化”组合工艺方案。

二沉池中的污泥利用气提排泥，部分污泥回流至水解酸化池，另一部分剩余污泥送至污泥池，进一步处理。
由格栅截留下的杂物定期清理，二沉池中的污泥利用气提抽至污泥池；经气浮处理的浮渣也进入污泥池，污泥池的污泥由污泥螺杆泵抽送至板框压滤机压成泥饼后外运。污泥池的上清液及板框压滤机的反冲洗水均回流至调节池。
