Quality assessment indicators calculated as follows:
On-time delivery rate = monthly on-time delivery votes / actual monthly delivery votes × 100%
On-time arrival rate = monthly on-time receipt of votes / number of votes each month × 100% carrier
Cargo damage slip = monthly carriage of goods damaged, error, loss or number of objects / total number of carriage of goods per month × 100%
Signing the return time of signing the return rate = number of time / number should be returned to signing × 100%
Customer complaint rate = number of customer complaints / carriage of goods by the total number of votes
