I bought
a cell phone with the catalogue number SO200 few days ago at the NO.1 Store. However,something unexpected happened to me after couple of days' using the phone.I could not use it to send short messages and take photos.When taking pictures,the screen would turn black.I did not figure it out why my cell phone was out of oder.With so much anxiety,i had my phone sent to the mobile-phones market to repair,but i've been told that the problem maybe was the quality from the store.
Therefore,i wonder could i ask the store to change another new phone or refund the money to me.Thank you so much for your help.

Dear Madam/Sir,

I bought a mobile phone of SO200 in the First Shop. But it was not able to send SMS messages or take any photos not long after it started using. The screen became dark every time when I took a photo. I hope the phone could be replaced for another new one or refund for the total amount.
