本次活动由商英社与星巴克联手举办，由三名天一星巴克的工作人员主讲。对于举办本次活动的目的，商英社社长王博说，商英社的宗旨是培养未来的商业精英。而在日常的商务聚餐中，商业人士们不单单会遇到商业上的话题，还会遇到各种各样的生活上的话题。所以，了解高雅事物，积累高雅文化，对于一名商业人士来说非常重要。本次活动就是为了能让同学们了解咖啡的种类和制作方法，从而更了解星巴克与他们独特的咖啡文化，在切身的体验中得到素质的提升。
整个活动用时90分钟，共四个环节。第一个环节，主讲人对滴滤咖啡，意式咖啡和调和咖啡做了详细介绍，并解开了同学们对于速溶咖啡与现磨咖啡区别的疑惑。第二个环节，主讲人描述各种咖啡的不同口感，让同学们对自己于咖啡的偏好有了初步认识。第三个环节，主讲人介绍了泡制咖啡的器具和方法，并现场泡制了三种不同口感的咖啡供同学们品尝和比较。第四个环节，几名同学在主讲人的指导下，亲自动手泡制咖啡，并把成果与其他同学分享。
一位参加了该活动的同学觉得自己收获颇丰。不但品尝到了可口的糕点和香浓的星巴克咖啡，还得到了做工精美的星巴克纪念邮票，自己更是对咖啡与星巴克有了更深入的认识。所以她很期待下一次活动的到来。
据悉，商英社与星巴克将长期合作，每学期开展两次星巴克教室，下一次的活动将前往星巴克餐厅，让同学们现场观摩复杂的咖啡制作过程。所以，下次的星巴克教室更值得我们的期待。
