最近面试一国企客服，进入复试需要英语自我介绍，求英语达人们帮我翻译下。
我叫***，毕业于复旦大学网络教育学院。我认为做好一个客服责任心和耐心很重要。当然英语客服对口语的要求很高，我的口语一般~但我的学习能力很强并且一直努力着，我很希望加入这个团队成为此团队一员。

i am 000,i graduated from the net education institute of FuDan university. i think responsibility and patience are necessary for customer service。of course the service needs higher requirements about oral english ,my oral is so so,but my studying ability is good and i am always trying hard.i hope that i can join the team and be a member of it.
at last ,whether i can pass the interview or not , i will thank you for giving me the chance,thank you very much!!
