6)The products impaired in the process of portage and conveyance by clients.
7)The products without quality problems in the after-sale examination by our company.

Please be aware of the following, if you are in any of these situation, you will lost your free warranty.

1) exceed the 12 months warranty period.
2) did not stall, use, fix or keep the product according to the directions
3) fix it yourself, or edit the company's logo.
4) any mending, editing by yourself or the third person that caused the problem.
5)Damage caused by earthquake, floods or other nature disasters.
6) Damage caused during moving.
7) Without product checking from out company.
