Dear Mr. Bill(注意，英语中的称谓都是Mr.加上姓，这里Bill只是名，是不恰当的。另外，外国人是很反感把头衔加在这里的，所以最好不要加什么总裁阿之类的。如果不知道他姓什么，最好写Dear Sir),
