动车组乘务员面试都有些什么内容，要会英语吗？

熟人介绍，说可以帮我进动车组做乘务员工作。我27岁，1.68的身高，我没有乘务员相当的知识（没做过这行），由于一直没用英语，把英语都忘得干干净净了，不知道面试时，教官会问哪些问题呢~会问英语吗？如果会，是说一般的口语吗？什么是一般的口语？

考的都是很基础的口语，所以不必太担心，我建议你可以找一个英语好的人教你一些基本对话，主要是服务行业的，其实可以去下载一些比如说，酒店英语。
