大致的网上购物的步骤如下:
以淘宝为例。
1.申请淘宝、支付宝账号，开通网上银行
2.选商品，看卖家的等级（皇冠>钻石>红心），评价，销售记录【看这三项很重要！！】，并通过旺旺聊天询问中意商品的颜色，型号是否有货等【一定要用阿里旺旺，这样聊天的内容会储存在电脑中。使用家庭电脑，不要在网吧上网购物】
3.拍下商品，确认购买，使用支付宝付款【强烈要求使用支付宝付款，不要直接向卖家的银行帐户汇款！！】填写收货地点，选择购买方式（平邮，快递，EMS）【建议使用快递或者EMS，平邮收货慢而且不安全】，在备注栏填写颜色，型号等。
4.拍完后，支付宝里显示的是【买家已付款，等待卖家发货】，此时钱还在支付宝里，还没有到卖家手中（如果你还没有付款，显示【等待买家付款】）
5.卖家发货后，支付宝里显示【卖家已发货，等待买家确认】，此时商品在物流过程中，【千万不要在没拿到商品之前点击“确认”】
6.收到商品后，点击“确认”，这时钱才到达卖家手中，所以请您【在收到货之后尽快确认收货】
7.给予评价，交易成功。
