you can find the eagle file from : www.arduino.cc it's an opensource
and I transform them to altium style for you

追答1.down the eagle v6.20,and export-protel-pcb.ulp, export-protel-sch.ulp
then you can transfrom the eagle fiel to altium file.
2.many of the opensource from foreign country are eagle files,you'd better follow 1.
3.the attachment is the altium file for the UNO R3.
