论文阐述了WEB浏览器的开发背景和系统开发平台，并对系统采用的技术进行了相应的介绍。系统分析阶段，分析并掌握了WEB浏览器的功能结构和工作原理，并对HTTP协议和TCP/IP参考模型进行深入研究。在系统的设计与实现中，主要阐述了系统总体设计、系统功能模块分析、系统主要功能介绍和系统详细设计与实现过程。论文主要介绍浏览器的功能模块分析、主要功能以及实现过程。
本系统使用C#作为开发工具，调用Web Browser函数，开发一个功能全面，应用广泛，属于自己的个人浏览器。系统实现的功能主要有访问Web页，文件的操作，包括新建空白页和主页，打开，保存，另存，属性，退出，文件的编辑，包括复制，剪切，粘贴，全选，和查找，文件的查看，包括工具栏和状态栏的控制，停止，刷新，转到，以及字体和源文件的查看和全屏显示，Internet选项等。

The system analysis stage, analyzed and has grasped the WEB browser's function structure and the principle of work, and conducted the deep research to the HTTP agreement and the TCP/IP reference model. In system's design with realization, mainly elaborated the system system design, the system function module analysis, the system major function introduce and the system detailed design with realize the process. The paper mainly introduced that browser's functional module analysis, the major function as well as realize the process.
