With the development of China's road transport industry vigorous development, resource management in highway transportation human problems are gradually exposed, essence is the management of people. Therefore, human resource is the core factor of road transport, the implementation of scientific and effective human resources management is an important guarantee for the protection of highway transportation. According to the present condition of human resource management in Chinese enterprise of highway passenger traffic problems, explore the causes of the problem, namely the understanding to human resources is not clear, lack of authority, Department of human loss, lack of internal leadership, the necessity of human resource management, learn from foreign experience in human resources management, the domestic highway passenger transport enterprises should improve scientific, recruitment of personnel training, increase to establish personnel allocation of scientific and strengthening enterprise culture atmosphere and so on several measures.
