周记的固定格式:开头写日期(年、月、周次)、天气情况,然后是所记内容,周记大部分都添加了标题
周记：用文字记载一周（一个星期）来自己的思想、学习、生活情况进行的每周一次文字记录。
它有别于“流水账”，在于流水账是由啥就记录啥，不需要作修饰和认识的升华，而且不限多少，一周之内可以记录您每一天的任何事情。而周记：每周一次，并且对自己的生活学习思想认识有一定的升华。
和日记差不多，比日记短，可以记述多件事物。
