谁知道去韩国办理返签证的话需要多长时间的

要办理 International Student Visa （D2）需要 Certificate of Admission and other additional application forms to the Consulate，其他材料一般入学时候会得到一些通知的
办理签证的时候需要到你户籍所在地 驻中国的 Korean Embassy/Consulate 申请.
对于中国学生（在之前没有签证需要申请一个签证的情况，有别的签证的情况可以直接申请延期或者更改签证类型）需要额外办理사증발급인정신청
사증인증서 办理大概需要6 weeks 在韩国 Immigration Office，所以要尽快提交材料，不要赶在截止日期提交.

 Incoming Freshmen & Undergraduate Transfer Students: 1 Identification Photo, 1 copy of Passport, 1 copy of an Identification Card of the student him/herself as well as 1 per each of his/her family member, 1 copy of the Census Report (Listing all family members), an original diploma or a certified copy of the diploma, 1 original Bank Statement confirming the current balance (balance must be at least $10,000.00 USD & the effective date of the statement must be at least one year from the submission date)
 Incoming Master’s & Doctoral Degree Program Students: 1 Identification Photo, 1 copy of Passport, 1 copy of an Identification Card of the student him/herself as well as 1 per each of his/her family member, 1 copy of the Census Report (Listing all family members), an original certificate of degree(final/last education completed) or a certified copy of the same, 1 original Bank Statement confirming the current balance (balance must be at least $10,000.00 USD & the effective date of the statement must be at least one year from the submission date)

※ Points of Caution
- 사증인증서 issuance typically takes about 6 weeks at the Immigration Office in Korea, therefore not meeting the submission deadline can delay the student’s entry to Korea. If you submit the application within the given period, 사증인증서 result notification will be sent via email.
- Resubmission of all documents for the purposes of visa issuance is required for even if you have previously submitted the same set of documents for the admission application.
- Identification Photo: Must submit an actual photograph (picture files are not accepted)
- Census Report: If your census report is separated from your parents, you must submit a document certifying family relationship in addition to the census report.
- Bank Statement: Only those in applicant and his/her parents’ name will be accepted.

得到反签号后就可以到韩国驻中国使馆申请签证了，不过个人觉得找代理比较方便，虽然要花点钱

另外看楼下好像似乎不懂反签证啊，留学签证发签证有效期只给一年，到期限了还要续签，一年一次，只有少数人在本国家办的时候得到2年期限（我们实验室有个新加坡的在新加坡办的时候直接是2年期限，其他人都是1年），工作签证没有反签一说，上面的东西是我在首尔大学入学时候收的材料，虽然我当时因为材料不足，通过旅游签证过来后然后换乘D2，人家说的6周左右，怎么楼下这位神通强大能2周给办下来。

返签证是指长期的签证
办理的时间在韩国出入境网站上有明确统计
正常的D2 D4的留学返签证所需时间 07 08 09年大约为2个星期左右
这里指的是所有材料递交到法务部开始 到法务部出返签号为止
这里的F2 F4 F5是没有返签证号一说的
印象中F3的所需时间是最长的 大约得2个多月吧
