吸烟是个不好的习惯，但是依然有很多人吸烟。其中大部分是男人。吸烟对健康非常不好，无论是对自己还是他人。烟雾会破坏肺部，引发咳嗽甚至是癌症。每年都有很多人因为吸烟或吸二手烟而得癌症死去。所以无论吸烟的人吸烟时有多么舒服，都应该戒烟。
戒烟并不容易，单一的方法效果很差。除了要加强宣传吸烟对健康的危害外，吸烟者的家人更要加强对吸烟者的监督。社会大众也要自觉地制止吸烟者在公共场所吸烟。只有这样，才能有较好的戒烟效果
