请教外贸高手，信用证中的Additional instructions怎么写呢？
是否根据外贸合同里的条款去写？如果是根据哪些条款呢？手里有份模板，但觉得每个单子的Additional instructions应该不一样吧？多谢！
Additional instructions(附加条款),是你对46+（单据要求）以外的其他附加要求。
你可以根据实际需要添加。
比如要求受益人寄副本单据什么的，
还有如果出现不符点怎么处理，银行费用由谁承担等等。
如:all docs should bear documentary credit number;all banking commissions and charges are for benef's account;受益人的全称和地址;将装船通知或交单单据传真或寄给开证行等等.
具体的就看你的公司有什么要求了

信用证中的Additional instructions是附加条款，一般是常用条款外另外加上的条款，例如商检的要求、寄单的要求等（如装运后寄提单副本等），不是每个单子都要做的，是按信用证所提出的单子来做。
