Now more and more functions are integrated into smartphone. You can do many things on phone, such as playing online games, checking emails, texting friends and reading blog or news,etc. These functions make many people like to play phones at the time of road walking. It proves to be very dangerous.
There have been news reported that some of phone-players while walking were hit by cars on road and cost their lifes. It not only hurt yourself or your family, it cause lost to the car divers also becasue they have to pay for your hurt or death according to China traffic laws.本回答被网友采纳
