1.0 Purpose目的:
This purpose for this regulation is to define 5S management system requirement in company, provide strong support for 5S activity continuously.
为了明确公司5S活动体系的要求,确保5S活动能持续有效地进行下去。
2.0 Scope适用范围:
This regulation is applicable for EPCOS HO.
适用于爱普科斯珠海公司(红旗)
3.0 Responsibility 职责:
3.1 5S Committee: 5S committee takes responsibility to confirm 5S guideline and check 5S plan.
负责制定5S方针政策和审议5S推进计划。
3.2 5S Secretariat: 5S Secretariat take responsibility to prepare 5S standard document, organize regular 5S inspection, and summary inspection result and issue, track and confirm 5S problem and improvement status.
负责制定5S推进计划,安排5S培训,组织编写5S标准文件,定期组织公司的5S检查及检查结果汇总发布,追踪确认5S问题点改善状况。
3.3 5S area PIC: 5S area PIC takes responsibility to implement 5S with 5S standard document, organize 5S activity of department area, improvement 5S related problem of department area.
组织本部门人员按5S标准执行和组织5S活动,针对5S相关的问题点进行改善并按时反馈。
3.4 5S Inspector: 5S inspector takes responsibility to implement 5S regular inspection, and correct employee behavior base 5S standard, give some proposal about 5S improvement.
负责进行5S检查以及纠正员工不符合5S的行为,提供5S改善建议。
4.0 Definition定义:

5.1 5S plan 5S计划
Company general 5S plan was made by 5S committee, department 5S plan was made by department PIC.
公司的5S推进计划由5S委员会制定,各部门5S计划由各部门制定。
5.2 5S implement 5S的执行
Area PIC will lead all staffs together implement 5S standard.
由各区域负责人根据“5S标准”推动5S的实施。
5.3 5S Checking 5S检查
5.3.1 5S checking will be done twice every month by 5S inspector. 5S inspection is base on 5S standard and checking list form. Inspector need take photos for all 5S problem items.5S committee will arrange great 5S checking irregularly.
由5S检查员进行每月进行两次5S检查,检查按检查表进行,不良项目要进行拍照记录。5S大检查由5S委员会组织不定期进行。
5.3.2 5S inspectors recommend by every department or area, 5S committee arrange training course and examination for them. After they passed the examination, 5S committee will arrange and distribute them to check 5S every week.
检查员由各部门各区域选派人员,5S委员会安排培训考核合格后,由5S委员会安排其对各区域进行检查。
If 5S inspectors meet following requirement, each inspector can get bonus 50RMB per month. 5S检查员达到如下要求,每人可获得奖金50元/月。
a. Inspector attends checking action and provides checking result and problem photos as requirement.
每月参加检查,并按要求提供检查结果和图片。
b. Inspector attends the 5S related meeting on time.检查员按时参加5S相关会议。
5.4 5S improvement 5S改善
Area PIC completes improvement feedback on time for all 5S problem, provide improved photos. GMA department will follow whether actual improvement actions are done or not.
各区域5S负责人需针对5S检查的问题项目,按时完成改善并提供改善后照片。GMA部门跟进改善行动是否已实施。
5.5 5S campaign, award and punishment 5S评比、奖励和惩罚
5.5.1 5S evaluation score distribute as below: 5S评比标准比率如下:

5.5.2 5S score evaluation total four type area: 5S评比按四类区域进行:
a. Office area 办公室区域
b. A Production area (Zhengguan, Xinfu and others) 正光厂,幸福厂等其它生产区域
c. B Production area (Nanxing) 南星厂生产区域
d. Warehouse area仓库区域
5.5.3 5S evaluation score will be released monthly, and award quarterly. We only award the area 5S score more than 90(including 90). First prize is 4 pieces for 4 different above 5S area. Second prize is 4 pieces for 4 different above 5S area.
5S评比每月汇总发布分数,每季度进行评奖。季度评奖要求得奖区域得分90以上(含),四类区域中一等奖和二等奖各一名。
First Prize: “5S excellent area” red flag and bonus RMB500 for 5S area PIC.
一等奖: “5S优秀区域”流动红旗一面和奖励区域PIC奖金500元。
Second Prize: Bonus RMB300 for 5S area PIC 二等奖:奖励区域PIC奖金300元。
5.5.4 5S inspector can issue written warning to again 5S related regulation behavior.
5S检查员可以向违反5S规定的员工发出书面警告。
