这么写是不可以的。go的时态不对，应该是过去时态；香港是HongKong 而且也不是for the last time 另外英语当中以为和所以是不能同时出现的 后面那句翻译的不地道
When I has been in HongKong last time , I was too busy to pay you for the matierial . Only when we pay you , can we get them , cannot we ?

是的，不过我第一次的句子写错了，是have，不是has。要该第三人称的话，be动词不用动，其他的注意数的变化
