租赁期满,乙方按时将房屋归还甲方,如乙方需续租须提前半个月,与甲方协商,在同等条件下,乙方有优先承租权,租赁期满后,乙方退出使用时,若有家具杂物等布置不搬的,甲方可视为废物,任由甲方处理,乙方不得有异议。

The rental property should be returned to the Landlord by the end of the rental period. The Tenant shall give a 15 days notice in advance if he/she wishes to extend the contract, and shall have priority over others under the same conditions after negociation.
By the end of the rental period, the Tenant shall return the rental property if he/she does not wish to extend the contract. Anything that is left in the property by the time will be deemed abandoned and the Landlord will have the right to sell, keep or dispose of the Tenant’s property without his/her consent.本回答被网友采纳
