Fruit just like vegetable, they are essential for our daily diet. I eat a lot of fruit every day not because I have to but I love them. They are not just healthier than meat but also where we can get natrual vitamin C and natrual antioxidant, particularily citric fruit, such as orange and clementine or trangerine. My chief love fruit is mangoes and sharon fruit.
I have various of friut on my table and in my fridge. I always have different fruit after every meal. In the western world people are very serious about eating fruit and vegetables. It is called 5-a-day and I always make sure to have more than 5 a day of different fruit and vegetable and stay healthy.
