As per our telephone discussion yesterday Joe and I both feel that we should all follow the following directions:
1. Considering the investments and commitments that we have made based on contracts signed with SNIP with Zhanjiang and Shanxi we need SNIP to meet their obligations. We have met ours.
2. Please follow-up and ensure the PB issue is settled urgently. If there are any problems Datu has to keep us informed and complete the arrangements as agreed.
3. We need to make both (Zhanjiang & Shanxi) the first shipments urgently. The Laycon date has been delayed for various reasons. We need a final date.
4. Since Datu has confirmed that 60,000 MT is now available for shipment. We need full details of the recent report that they have done. If there is any variations in the specs regarding Fe etc., Please advise and we will discuss with our customer and find a way to work together. We need to do this first shipment to keep face and our reputation.
5. We are prepared to pay the new price for balance shipments subject to negotiations and acceptance by all parties but we need to do the first shipment.
6. It is good news that you have an alternative source. We could use the source for new contracts at the new price as we have 2 customers ready to sign and Shanxi is willing to increase their contract to double if need be.Please send all details and past performance.
7. As suggested we can use this contact to fill the gap when Datu has difficulty along the line.
In the meanwhile we need to make the first shipment and we need the PB to be issued. Kindly follow up and advise. I have send Datu an SMS again requesting of the PB details. Datu has to come clean at least with you.

Thanks for all your efforts. We all have a lot at stake and Datu has to meet their obligations and we are willing to work with him as long as we have all the true facts.
