摘要 讨论了干法和微波干法合成淀粉顺丁烯二酸单酯。以淀粉为原料,以顺丁烯二酸酐为酯化剂,在无溶剂的情况下,进行固体间的酯化反应,合成淀粉顺丁烯二酸单酯,并通过优化反应条件,提高了反应效率。通过干法与微波干法反应结果比较,证明微波干法极大地缩短了反应时间,提高了反应的取代度以及反应效率。
以淀粉和淀粉顺丁烯二酸单酯作为絮凝剂对高岭土悬浮液进行了絮凝实验。通过比较,证明未改性的淀粉几乎没有絮凝能力,而淀粉顺丁烯二酸单酯是一种效果良好的絮凝剂。

Abstract discussed and microwave dry dry starch synthesis maleic acid monoester. Starch as raw materials for maleic anhydride esterification agent, in the case of non-solvent for the esterification reaction between solid, synthetic starch maleic acid monoester, and by optimizing the reaction conditions, improved response efficiency. Through the dry-dry method and microwave response of results to prove that microwave dry greatly shorten the reaction time, increased the degree of substitution reactions and the reaction efficiency.
Starch and starch monoester maleic acid as a flocculant for kaolin suspension flocculation experiments carried out. By comparison, the unmodified starch proved almost no flocculation ability of starch maleic acid monoester is a good effect of the flocculant.

Make a summary for having discussed that the dry law and microwave do law along butylene diacid Shan ester composing amylum. But do not have the flocculation ability nearly by testifying the amylum not having changed nature comparatively,that amylum obeys the butylene diacid Shan ester is fine flocculant of one kind of effect.
