然后点击记事本上的"文件",选择"另存为",文件名为"config.cfg",保存类型是"所有文件",编码ANSI,保存就可以
然后吧这个文件放到你的cs文件夹里E:\承德CS联盟Cs1.6-3647\cstrike_schinese, 把以前的那个文件覆盖掉就可以了
