首先得向你声明，以下答案全对，而不会因为自己的一知半解，反过来怪书里的第一题编错了。

1. It's high time that 之后的从句只能用过去时表示虚拟语态，别无他法。所以，只能选A。
2. 后面的I'd love...只是一种客气的说法，所以前面不必也不能改为虚拟语序。正确答案是A。
3.For all是Despite的意思，而不是A和D所表达的意思。这里是逻辑使然，是很地道的用法。正确答案是B。
4.正确答复是B，因为request 后面的从句谓语一般是should be或should not be，而should是可以省去的，显得更高深、地道，剩下的就只有be或not be或动词原形了。既然is requested用的是现在时，后面当然不能用过去时或虚拟语态了。所以A和C都是错的。
