我是一名初二的学生,很冒昧地给您写信.今天,我以一名普通学生的身份,向您反映问题,想探讨一下百姓身边的环境污染问题.我的家乡赵市,这里是个乡镇工业发达地区.发达的工业使人们的物质生活提高了,然而由于环境保护的滞后,也造成了严重的环境污染.就像我们学校后边的盐铁塘,就是一个例证,它是一条遭受严重污染的河塘.
老师说,从前的盐铁塘清澈见底,鱼虾成群.春天,杨柳把它当作镜子,尽情地梳理着长长的秀发；夏天,它是孩子们的乐园,他们在这里无忧无虑地嬉水、游泳,居民们在这里洗菜、淘米……秋天,在河塘里漂着片片落叶缓缓流向远方,引起海纳百川的无限美好憧憬；冬天虽无壮景,河面笼罩着淡淡的薄雾,雾气蒸腾,如仙境一样美丽,尽管西北风劲吹,但一见这美景,心总会暖烘烘的.
我们说,现在的盐铁塘是条“变色河”,当一个个工厂排放出污水时,它就变成了昔日的“苏州河”,当运货船经过时,河底泛起的一片片黑乎乎的污泥,变成一条名副其实的“黑龙江”,再看看河面上,到处漂着白色塑料饭盒、包装袋啊!各种垃圾随波逐流,更令人恶心的还漂浮着些动物的尸体,使得盐铁塘不仅在视觉上目不敢睹,而且臭气熏天!昔日的盐铁塘,如今变成了臭塘、脏塘、黑塘,成了垃圾塘.当然,盐铁塘的污染,也有上游流下的污水.
学校附近高高的烟囱林立,浓烟滚滚遮黑了天空.上课总会有怪味直冲喉咙,简直让人窒息.如果只是难闻,忍忍也罢.最令人担心的是这种污气中含有大量的有毒物质,直接影响着我们的身心健康.附近的居民深受其害,大家对污水、黑烟常常怨声连连,却有苦无处诉说!究其原因,沿塘的一些居民虽有往河塘乱抛生活垃圾的习惯,可我想说,更多的是厂家所为.
说到这,也许您会说：这儿许多厂家,不都进行了排污处理,对黑烟也进行了有效遏制并达标了吗?是的,黑烟可能好些了,可污水依然如此!说穿了,那也只不过是有些厂家穿上时髦的外衣而已：当上级来抽查的时候,那些股份制企业老板们汇报得头头是道,环保设施也运转得恰到好处!可当检查组走后,他们为自己小团体的利益所驱使,污水依然排放!
目前我们赵市这一河段上,孩子们画出的家园里,没有清澈的河流,只有流黑水的河塘了.
