第一个题目肯定用where，因为后面说的是weakest，那显然不是说这种线是所有线里最易断的，而是说线上最易断的地方。
第二，不可直接用who，因为这是个名词性从句，在名词性从句中，who表示疑问意思的“谁、哪个人”的意思，而这个句子不对“谁”表示疑问，而是说随便谁，也就是whoever的意思，中国的学生常把这两个词搞错。who it is的后面省略了that，who it is that i'm talking to跟doesn't matter连起来，可等于whoever了。
