呵呵，我觉得这几句中文就讲的不怎么委婉，我改一下.你的意思无非是这个客人也是新客人对他不怎么了解不想寄样品
I am very glad you took interests in our products and I so would like to supply you samples for quality check. Could you inform me your express account no. to avoid any delay? And if available for you, I so would like to invite you to our factory. 然后我建议你们针对新客人做一个questionnaire,把你们所要提的问题都做成表格让客人填写
