亲爱的同学们，你们从小一定有很多美好的心愿和梦想吧！比如说成为一位科学家，为祖国建设和人民生活出力；或者成为一位医生，救死扶伤，为病人解除病痛；或者成为一名建筑师，建造许许多多各种各样的建筑物……让我告诉你们吧，我要成为一名校长，为我的孩子们做一些事情……
假如我是校长，我上任的头一件事就是改改咱们学校的校服。我要重新为我的学生们量身订做一款更能体现出学生们青春朝气、精神面貌的校服。相信只要我的学生们穿上我为他们订做的校服后，一定个个都充满活力与智慧。我想我的学生们也一定会喜欢的。
假如我是校长，我还要在每学期增加一个爱心传递奖，奖给那些为学校、为老师、为父母、为同学们做好事献爱心的学生，让他们像取得100分一样快乐和令人羡慕。同时，也要把这个奖授给学生们眼中的好老师。我要给那些整天都是被老师评来评去的同学们一个机会，让他们去评一评自己的老师。可别以为他们乳臭未干，什么也不懂，他们可有自己的判断标准。班级考试分数高的老师就是好老师？家长认为严厉的老师就是好老师？错！错！错！他们眼中的好老师应该是上课时能让他们目不转睛盯着黑板，想走神都没时间。下课呢？能与他们聊聊感兴趣的话题，还能跟他们一起玩游戏。最重要的是爱自己的学生，为自己的学生而骄傲，这才是学生们心目中的好老师！
假如我是校长，我还要在学校建一个大大的动植物实验园，为电视里那些流着泪说“我想有个家”的鸟儿们营造一个漂亮的家，也为我的学生们创造一个认识小动物、亲近大自然、善待生命、关爱人类朋友的环境。我敢保证，要是建成了这个实验园，在全国都会是首屈一指。我的学生们也个个都能写出像那种“小白鼠是否有判断能力”之类的论文来。
假如我是校长。我要做的还有很多很多。比如，我要把考试规则改一改，当然不是不考试。只是在题目里加一些更贴近大自然，更贴近学生们生活的题目；还有，我还要带学生们去参观母亲河，让他们想一想母亲河为什么会哭泣……
假如我是校长，我会把上面的计划做的非常好。而且，我要让全国乃至全世界的人都看到，21世纪的中国孩子都是好样的，他们爱这个世界，他们会为这个世界创造奇迹！！！
