When you enter society after graduation ,what 's your ideal job？high salary?or a good future?which is more important to you?
It would be nice that We have both when We join a new company. If not, We will be in a fix.
As a matter of fact, I always tell my colleagues: everyone has his own expectations about his current work. Be it going up the company ladder, getting more salary or learning some working experiences. If one get none out of the above three areas, He will definitely quit.
So you have to ask yourself: What am I going to obtain from this job?
