2010年的新年伊始，我通过努力渐渐地养成了一个好习惯，那就是善于学习别人的长处。
俗话说“金无足赤，人无完人”，我们每个人既有长处也都有自己的短处，虚心向他人学习，我们的长处就会变得越来越多，才能学业有成，将来事业有成。
我向身边的每一个人学习，学习他们的长处，从一点一滴做起：我学习老师的爱心与耐心，我教小妹妹读书时不再高声吼叫；我学习校长的平易近人与微笑，我收到了周围人那一张张亲切的笑脸；我学习班里优秀同学对待学习的态度与方法，这使我自己的成绩有所提高；我学习爸妈对老人的孝敬，我乘坐公交车时也会主动让出自己的坐位；我学习小妹妹的勇敢；我学习小朋友的诚实；我学习……“三人行，必有我师焉”，我不断地发现别人的长处并努力地学习着，进而我养成了这个“学习别人长处”的好习惯。这个好习惯使我受益匪浅，从诸多方面提高了自己，增添了自信，同时也学会欣赏别人、尊重别人，懂得取长补短的道理，给我的生活带来益处。
尺有所短，寸有所长。知人者智，自知者明。我希望每个人都能养成这个好习惯，在生活中能取长补短，互帮互助，共同进步！在漫漫的人生道路上有所作为，永远立于不败之地！
