In this paper, the domestic electric water furnace of intelligent control research, based on water level control will intelligent sensor and single-chip microcomputer control is proposed, which combines the water level control system based on single chip design scheme.
This design content mainly includes: make sure the design of the whole system solutions, including its function design, design principles, composition and working principle; An intelligent sensor hardware circuit design.Including hardware circuit structure and the measurement principle and the water level sensor selection, microcontroller choice, input/output channel design; Has been debugged and simulation, including hardware simulation and software simulation.
This system USES hierarchical, modular design, the whole system consists of data acquisition system and single-chip microcomputer control system composition. System based on singlechip to water-level sensor for measuring element. Through the single-chip microcomputer and intelligent sensing device connected to realize the automatic water furnace system working operation.
