I am graduate from shanghai donghui vocational and technical school. Graduate 已是动词. --> I graduated from...(最好加上年份, 如last year, in 2006等)
major--> majored 表示过去式
"Is reading the technical college, studies is the business management specialty?" 不明白...我猜你是想说
--> I specialized in business management. 我专攻商业管理
I once worked in the transport agent company as the merchandiser. Once 可以省略, 我反而认为如能说出这职业为你带来了什么好处会重要些, 即你在处事方面有何改善, 学懂了什么技能, 知识, 沟通技巧, 这些会对你要应徵的这份工作有什么好处, 而令主持面试者觉得你有能力胜任这工作
--> Having worked in a transportation agency, (用a, 因之前没有提过是哪一公司, 用agency, 已代表了这机抅, 用transportation, 因我看到外国的都是这么叫) I have learnt to cooperate with (合作) one another, I have improved my communication skills which will help me work efficiently. (有效率地)

"it is serious to work?" 不明白...还是你是想说这对工作很重要?
--> These qualities (素质) are very important.

或地道些 --> Writing, reading, singing and traveling are my favorites (所爱好的). I enjoy them very much.
I am very interested in this position 这句感觉怪怪的...英文来说只是表现出你对这工作感兴趣
--> I really would like to be a/an___(工作名称), which can certainly(肯定) provide me with more chances and challenges (chances 和 challenges 都是可以数的, 而整句都能让人感到你的热诚)
