Waiver: Failure by a party to insist upon strict adherence to any term of this Agreement on any occasion or the waiver of a breach of this Agreement in any instance shall not deprive the party of the right thereafter to insist on strict adherence to that term or any other term in this Agreement or be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach, whether or not similar.

自动放弃：若一方未能在任何情况下严格遵守本协议任何条款，或在任何情况下对违反本协议(的情况)放弃追究，不应剥夺该方此后严格遵守该条款或本协议任何其它条款的权力，或被理解为放弃追究随后的违约行为，无论（此种违约）是否类似。
