有关学习英语（内容稍微有点长）
从小学三年级开始就没怎么听过英语课，音标语法什么都不会，高考的时候靠着半个学期每天背20、30个单词考了个108，但是作文什么的由于我语法不会，单词词性神马都是乱填的，我大概知道哪个单词对得上就写哪个单词而已。
问题：现在我是一名大三的日语学生，没碰英语2年多了，高中背的单词也都几乎全忘了。现在我的同学都在扩展自己的第二外语（第一是日语），如法意德西什么的。我不想去学那些语言，所以现在想稍微补一下我落下十几年的英语....我现在连音标都不会，语法时态也不会，平时要学日语已经占了很多时间了。所以想问一下，我现在应该如何学一下英语（自学），从哪里下手，该买什么书？
