1.Even if the government has decided that this new technology won’t cause a crushing blow to the country’s pillar industry, it will again consider whether it will harm some major companies’ benefits. They certainly do not want to see any of them to be bankruptcy considering that they have contributed a lot to the country’s tax revenue. Besides, the government may still want to resist this new technology because of the high costs of either buying technology and equipment or hiring foreign technologists, if its own country don’t have this new technology. Finally the plan of using a technology may die out because the government is unwilling to spend a great deal of money on introducing it to its citizens and persuading them to accept it.

2.Set the economics elements apart, people still do not want to use new technology sometimes because they have little knowledge of it. Often newly come out research result is difficult for the public to receive at once. And people do not want themselves to be objects of things seem like scientific experiments, though they actually not. The production of gene food and space food is always at argue because many people believe that this kind of food is not nature and may be poisonous，even though researches show that they are often high in nutrition and have very good yield. In the year 2003, hundreds of Europe's most respected chefs even formed a group called Euro-Toques to battle biotechnology food.

1. Even if the government has declared that this new technology won’t give a heavy blow to the country’s pillar industry, there is still a necessity to reconsider its potential threat to some major companies. Due to the handsome tax they have paid, no company would be expected to go bankrupt. On the other hand, the government will surely insist this new technology not only the fee that has been paid but also the high cost of hiring foreign technologist. However, the new technology may be finally given up because of the government’s unwilling introduction and citizen’s resentment.
Besides the economics elements , people still do not want to use new technology sometimes because they have little knowledge of it. The new resarch findings usually can’t be accepted . People are safraid to be the test objects which they actually not. The product like gene food and space food is always at argue because many people believe that this kind of food is not nature and may be poisonous. Even the researches have shown that these products are often nutritional and have a very good yield. In the year 2003, hundreds of Europe's most respectable chefs even set up a group called Euro-Toques to be against biotechnology food.

其实我觉得逻辑性差了点，你大概想说甚么。支持技术引进，还是不呢。政府的最后决定是什么呢
