摘 要
PICC总报酬理论研究与实践.为进一步贯彻落实国家有关深化收入分配制度改革的精神,PICC借鉴国际先进的薪酬管理模式,于2007年8月提出总报酬模型,并在2008年开始系统应用。PICC总报酬模型理念与实践以愿景、使命和业务发展战略为导向,基于战略与薪酬总量确定薪酬结构、薪酬水平定位,平衡经济性薪酬与非经济性薪酬、固定薪酬与浮动薪酬的关系等,建立了PICC薪酬福利架构。薪酬体系的决策较好地与企业战略、人力资源战略相衔接。本文拟通过梳理PICC总报酬探索与实践过程,对总报酬理论的应用提出点滴意见。
