在安装Visual Studio 2008的过程中遇到这个问题，导致安装无法进行下去，以前从来没有遇到这样的问题，从网上查了一下，似乎和Office 有关，于是我想到我刚装好Office的时候，用360把Office预留在系统中的安装文件给清理掉了，莫非由这个问题引起的？

于是我修复安装了Office 2007，然后再安装Visual Studio 2008，HOHO，好了。遇到此问题的兄弟们可以尝试一下修复安装一下Office。

先安装Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5,再安装microsoft visual studio web.

安装失败还有可有是"内存太低",内存太低也有可有安装失败.

直接重新装。。。如果再安装不了的话 建议你重装系统 然后再装
