--- Signed Commercial Invoice in triplicate.

Evidencing shipment from China port to Montreal, Canada of the following goods: 35,000 yards of 81,000 Printed Shirting at Can.$0.65 per yard CIF Montreal, details as per your S/C No. 03/1234.

Partial shipments are not allowed. Transshipment is allowed. This credit expires on January 15, 2014 in China……

信用证修改通知：

1、取消远期90天付款条件……改为：不可撤销即期信用证在售方银行凭单议付。

2、信用证有效期：装船付运后第21天。

3、取消议付单证：买家签发票……改为：品质、数量、规格商检证在装运港由CCIC或SGS签发。
