I will try my best to improve my english ,perhaps I will win the next champion in English speech.

It is quite common that our school has an English speech which always
interests me a lot. As usual I took part in one that was held at the seventh class in the afternoon last month . I was making my speech when my classmates rose from their seats and applauded for me from time to time. I was so affected by them that my voice was getting higher and higher. I was confident of winning the speech but to my great surprise I failed. I felt very happy, though.
