divide是除以的意思，那为什么在问句中How much is twelve divided six ？中要加“d”。而相同的equal（等于）在答句中如 seven muinus three equals four .要加“s”
第二个问题，加了“s”还是单数形式吗？
2.加减乘除运算作主语时，谓语一般要用单数形式，所以equal后加s。
