英语最高级转换成比较级（句型转换！）
先说明，我问的是句型的转换，而不是adj.和adv.的比较级和最高级！
如：I run the fastest in my class.
可以改成：I run faster than any other student in my class.
还有一种该法的，我就不写了，我弄不明白的就是any other 和 the other的后面的名词哪个是用复数，哪个用单数！
还有一个最重要的就是: Liu Xiang runs the fastest in Euro.
这里，刘翔不是欧洲的，那改法就自然不同了，所以这里不能改成:
Liu Xiang runs faster than any other people in Euro.
是错的！
但我就是不知道要怎样改，所以，请各位英语高手告诉我！
所有的该法都写出来吧，因为上课时我记得老师讲了几种改法！好像有 everyone,any other等等的改法，一一说出来吧！
