7.It may have begun already. may后面加have done 结构是对过去事实的肯定推测。
8.I must或者是I have to take a taxi。本回答被提问者采纳

不过第八题应该是 ：
乘出租车（对我来说）是必须的~
It is + adj for sb 表示对于某人来说怎么样~
所以也许是 Must~ 毕竟也是情态动词~
只知道这么多~惭愧啊~
