2. My school life
My school life is busy and interesting. We usually have four classes in the morning and three in the afternoon. Class begins at eight in the morning and one thirty in the afternoon. We have ten minutes rest between two classes. I often have my lunch at school. After school I have after-school activities. I like playing basketball very much so I often play basketball for about an hour with my friends. 3. How to learn English well
I was weak in English before but now I am good at it. I think if we have good ways of learning English and work hard, we will make great progress. If we want to learn English well, In my opinion, firstly, we should be confident so believe ourselves is very important. Secondly, we should have our own good ways of learn English. Such as listening to the teacher carefully and take notes, reviewing what is learned regularly and doing our homework carefully, listening to tape and repeating after the tape, watching English films and TV programmes,reading English stories and newspapers and so on. Thirdly, learning English takes time so we should spend as much time as we can on English. "No pains, no gains". If we work hard, I am sure we will learn English well.

4. My great summer vacation
I really had a great and interesting summer vacation. I did my homework every day so I finished doing my homework ten days before the new term. I also played table tennis and basketball with my friends every day. I sometimes went to movies and went to the parks with my friends. I surfed the internet, read books and watched TV every evening. I visited my grandparents and helped them with the housework, too. I helped my parents clean the room and cook meals. I also take a tennis course and now I can play tennis very well.The most important was that my parents and I went to Hannan Island and we spent a week there. 7. An unforgetble trip
Last summer my parents and I went to Beidaihe. It was sunny and hot that day. My dad drove a car and it took us about three hours to get to the beach. There were thousands of people on the beach and in the sea that day. We walked along the beach and picked up beautiful shells for about two hours. Then we felt hungry and ate delicious sea food. After lunch we went boating with the farmer and we caught lots of different kinds of sea fish. We saw beautiful seagulls flying in the blue sky. Then we swam in the sea. It was really cool to swim and of course we had a good time. So that was un an unforgetble trip.

8. My birthday
Next Sunday is my birthday. I am going to have a birthday party. I want to invite my best friends to my home to attend my party. We are going to make/ eat a birthday cake. 3、 The New Term's Plan

The new term is coming.I am excited..I will be in eight grade next term.

I will be more hard-studying in next term.And I will pay more attention to study math and physics.In order to be more and more healthy and strong.I will do more exercise next term.In the new term,I will know more focus of the world because I will read more newspaper.

I hope the new term will come sooner.

4、 How i have changed！

My life at weekends has changed a l ot since last year. In the past i had to get up at six at weekends. After breakfast i hurried to school. it was always busy my lessons——four lessons inthe morning and four in tne afternoon. But now i don't have to go to school, of cuorse i neen'd get up so early. I can do what i like. For example, i can go out for a picnic with my friends, or play baketball. In the evening, i used to do my homework or go over my lessons, but now i can watch TV, surf the internet or do some reading, and so on. In the past, i didn't go to bed until half past ten, but now at half past nine. I have more free time than before!

5、No Breakfast, No Good

Now a lot of students go to school in a hurry so that they have no time to have breakfast. But not having breakfast will do harm to their health and their study.

Having no breakfast will throw the normal work of our digestive system into confusion. As a result, it will do harm to our health. And at our age it is high time for us to grow up. So our bodies are in great need of energy. If we don't have breakfast,there will be not enough energy to supply. This may stunt our growth.

What's more, it is a long period between breakfast and lunch. Breakfast provides us with the energy needed for the class. Without breakfast we cannot get along well with our classes. So for the sake of our health and our study, we must have breakfast.

6、My new clothes
The spring festival is coming.My parents buy me some new clothes.Let me show them to you.They are a T-shirt,a jacket,a pair of jeans and a pair of trainers.

The T-shirt and the jeans are made of cotton.I think it is very comfortable to wear cotton clothes.The trainers are made of leather.The colour of the the T-shirt is white because I like this colour and this colour makes the T-shirt look clean.The jacket is blue and white.It's a little long and big.It looks smart.My jeans aren't tight.They are very comfortable to wear.The trainers are blue and white.They match my jacket very much.
