I'm very glad to have the chance to say something about sports and health.
Doing sports are important for us. Different people different sports .As for me. My favorite sport is basketball Not only it makes me happy,but also give me a srong bdoy and I do sports every day. You konw ,the more exercis I do, the healthier I will be. because of that, I become stronger than before. When I do exercises I feel so excited . In a word, doing sports is a good way to get better grades.
Better body .Better life. So please do more exercises so that we can learn better.

As for me, my favorite sport is basketball.Not only it makes me happy,but also gives me a strong body.If time permitted,i will play basketball with my close friends everyday.Because the more exercise i do,the more healthier i will be. when i do exercise,i feel more excited.
