for 'are you a grateful person', 关键是the defination of grateful. you have to define grateful and explain your own understanding of grateful. In my perspective, i think grateful means more like thankful. You can give an example of the little things happen around you. like how teachers helped you and how u explained ur thankfulness to him/her by giving her just a warm hug, a bunch of flowers etc. You can also give an example of how ur friends comfort u when u faied an exam, and how u helped him/her when she met some difficulties. or you can also mentioned the street cleners. like what you think of their work, and how you feel for them and what you do to them to express your thankfulness.关键是在列举身边的细微小事情，以及你如何对帮助你的人所表达的感激。

For the second topic, 你是要说life style of a middle school student 吧?如果是，我认为 you can mention things like hard-working, love dreaming, and although you r a bit unsure of your future, you still feel confident and always willing to try new things and grab what you want. 要说plan to improve it, 首先要说你原来life style 的缺点。你认为在你繁忙的学习生活中，自己缺少的是什么，比如说是creativity, time for rest, time for having fun and learn new thing, or oppotunities to improve your life skill and gain more life experience, too little time to communicate with friends and teachers等等，说两三点然后提出improve的方法。like improve efficiency of doing homework so i can have time for doing some voluntary work for the environment or nursing home. or you can also say i will try to help my friends and make myself become a happier person.

最后一点建议，不要管你的同学讲的多么天花乱坠，口试永远记住一点：以真情取胜。老师看的不是你完美的语法，语法可以有错误，但是不要太多太严重就行了。比如说he is说成he are就是很严重的错误。口试的关键是在动人的内容，所以一定要从身边的小事情取材，加一点自己的感想，争取说得动听一点，比如说i really appreciate that there are so many warm-hearted people around me, supporting me and always willing to help. They let me know that im living in a warm society, with people that can share tears and laughs.

Sure I am.I think gratitude is one the best virtues of a person,and so I do.Our society needs gratitude and it's everywhere.We are grateful to our parents for their bringing up.We are grateful to our teachers for their teaching.We are grateful to our friends who give us a hand when we're in troube.And don't forget to be grateful to those who ever hurt us or do bad to us too,for it's they who enable us to become stronger.
Gratitude is always in my mind.I will remember the thing forever happening years ago when I was in middle school.I failed in a maths exam because I was addited to the computer games that time.When the paper was delivered in my hand by my teacher,a big red number 53 went into my eyes.I was shocked terribly,I never got such marks!I was very sad to look at my paper when one of my classmates Wu Jian came and laughed at me.“53!What good marks!”He said in an unfriendly voice,“But if I were you,I would go to die.”He walked away with a loud laugh.At that time,I was badly hurt by his words,but I said nothing.For I knew it was all my fault.
I kept this in mind and made up my mind to work hard from then on.What Wu Jian said encourged me.Soon I made good progress and got full marks in the next exam.I thanked Wu Jian a lot,it was he that changed me.

Well,I live a quiet and simple life far away from the city,and I enjoy it a lot.I prefer living in the country to in the city.I think the city is too noisy, busy and polluted,which makes people bored and upset,and the country is far away from the city,it has clean air and water,which makes me healthy and happy.During the weekends,I go fishing in the pond nearby with a couple of my good friends every time we can achieve a lot.We cook the fish on our own,talking and laughing.What a happy life.
I like the life so much that I don't want to change it.
