我是第一次参加日企面试，我的日语基础不是很扎实。请帮忙翻译下我写的自我介绍吧，谢谢！

做事认真仔细负责、擅于倾听是我的长处；太多虑、容易紧张是我的不足之处。

到今年，我已经工作四年了。最初是在贸易公司做国内跟单员，公司为日韩客户服务制作帽子、手套、围巾等产品，从客户打样寻找工厂制作样品，并将样品寄到客户处后询问满意度后报价；下单后确认大货生产样品及时更新反馈至工厂；出货前船期安排与相关资料的制作到出货完成资料归档便于以后查找。通过这份工作让我了解了整个外贸的基本流程并熟练掌握了各种OFFICE软件，同时也对日语产生了浓厚的兴趣。后来公司因业务需要搬至郊区，对我加班有一定的影响，所以离职。

现在是在物流公司担任客服助理。当初面试官通过我对外贸的工作的了解，提议我尝试做海运操作，从订舱到拖车报关、提单签发、出运后文件归档整理。去年七月职位变更为客服助理。主要负责客户报价、日常维护，接受客户咨询；海外代理联络、跟踪货物到港情况；最终成本审核与确认。这些都是我可以胜任的。现在公司的重心调整至空运进口，这方面的工作我不太熟悉，工作比较难开展。所以我想寻找能发挥我专长的海运工作。
