如何申请新加坡国立大学

我是高三的学生，想去国大。
我在国大网站上看到对中国学生申请是这样的
PRC National College Entrance Examination or Gao Kao

Please submit your National College Entrance Examination or Gao Kao result slip as well as SAT I and II scores by 21 February 2007.

If you need to take SAT I and II but are presently living in China, you can take the ACT instead of SAT I and II. The ACT is a curriculum-based test and comprises 215 multiple-choice questions to be completed within 3 1/2 hours. Applicants are tested on four areas - English, Mathematics, Reading and Science Reasoning. Please refer to ACT's website at www.act.org for more information on test dates, test venues and registration. No minimum score for ACT has been stipulated.
那是不是要高考成绩和SAT一起给啊？如果不参加高考可以吗？

我现在在新加坡就读中学...他们这边就算是有成绩英文不及格也是要被留级,我也是到这边才开始办的学校...其实你是可以到这边参加这边的政府考试...考进了就直接进学校...但是说实在的除非你的英文超级好...不然真的很难进公立大学....我认识的几个姐姐哥哥在中国都读大学了来这边才读个理工学院...真的是不容易啊...

成绩必须好是前提，还有一条路是参加报考某些与新加坡国立大学有合作协议的国内大学，然后由国内大学派出到国大读书。
