星期天晚上，我正在房间里学习，突然听见有人尖叫，我冲出房间，结果发现我的隔壁邻居胳膊被开水烫伤了。请就此事写一篇日记，应包含：
1用所学急救知识，帮助邻居先用凉水冲，再用绷带包扎
2医生对我所做很满意，并表扬了我的勇敢和行为
3感悟：急救知识非常重要，在日常生活中很有帮助。
