Online Learning& Traditional Learning
With the development of Internet, Online learning is more and more popular for its convenience and resourcefulness. In the classroom, teachers don’t need to stand on the platform facing lots of students, students just accept knowledge by using Internet which everyone just indulge in it.but how we know what they are doing behind the computer screen,maybe someone is eating , playing the games ,or sleeping.
I, for one, face the teacher on the computer screen, I always feel very boring even sleepy,because when I have any problem, I am impossible to solve it instantly by using this indirect communication,teacher also can’t read our change in facial expression so that they never know if we are really taking it in. in comparison ,traditional learning is effective as online learing. I have to say I have no self-control so that I need a teacher to supervise me .
Learning online can help us get study materials at anytime without going out,we can also do it while working, At the same time, People who have Internet access at home are more likely to lose the chances to know each other very well such as lacking of human communication. Network widened the distance between person and person, make direct emotional communication set obstacles. Lack of emotional communication between teachers and students and the learning effect may sell at a discount greatly.
Maybe some people say the Internet helps students develop their computer skills.But when we want to deal with some simple math questions,We will have no consciousness to find the aid of computer, so our brains are more and more slow. However, there will be no irritation caused by learning in tradition,when we occupied ourselfs with solving some arithmetic problems we will improve ourselves and keep ourselves lively.
Online learning can not supply an true communicative environment. And besides, a considerable amount of information put up online sometimes confuse learners if we are incapable of telling between the good and the bad of learning materials. Traditional learning can use written material to help us to practise over and over again.
While technology tools and the Internet are becoming more and more stable, there are still instances when technology fails. Servers may be down, or we may experience periods when our connection to the Internet is interrupted. So if we can’t backup important class information when the computer was freeze up we may lose important infomastion,but if we take notes in book ,we may accquire the wealth in the hands.
I always thought of me as a An old-fashioned girl ,so I think traditional education is superior to online learning.

science and technology, traditional blackboards have been replaced by
electronic whiteboards where the teacher can post transcripts on the
Internet and parents check them by logging in with a secure account. With tablets that technology has even infiltrated the classroom.
The traditional teaching and the teaching concept can no longer meet
the requirements of The Times, which requires lecturers to pay more
attention to effectiveness in the actual teaching process.
Since the middle of the twentieth century, the rapid development of
science and technology which leads to it into productive cycle is
abbreviate. In this among them, both the
theoretical development of science and the specific technology
transformed into productive forces show highly integrated
characteristics which put forward practical requirements for education
to cultivate comprehensive talents. First, in
comparison with the traditional education from the variety of modern
education is no longer limited to the traditional textbooks that
students have more ways, the abundance of educational resources also
make learning simpler. Second, the modernization
of education can make our learning anytime and anywhere which can set
aside time and add to the fun of learning. That the reason why traditional education lacks interactivity and authenticity, which is also we attaches great importance to. Third, network resources what can make our ask questions at any time which can meet the needs of majority of the students. Students can choose their favourite teacher which is conducive to absorbing.
Finally, it improves the efficiency of students learning that student
not only can make use of network resources query issue at any time also
can discuss with others on the Internet which add fun to learning.
What's more, it improved students' innovation ability and practical
ability and improves students' ability of finding and analyzing issues
and solving dilemmas.
The
technological advances of the past little years have been amazing that
students can choose their own professional knowledge a few ways which
make education more interesting. For all these reasons, I believe that technology is of great benefit to today's students.
Of course, it is still feasible to learn without the aid of such
devices, but I believe that those students who are fortunate enough to
have jurisdiction to technological resources should take every advantage
of them.
In conclusion, although
traditional education has been impacted to some extent that a few
students are likely to be addicted to the Internet, thus neglecting
their studies and wasting their time. But I
believe that with the change of the times, education needs more reform
and the change of education methods will promote the development of
education.
